during this year's Chinese New Year, i went on a dessert shopping spree...and these are just some of the stuff i bought.

hopia is a popular Chinese dessert in my country. it comes in different varieties (pork, mongo, ube or yam, pandan, etc.). the most common is the mongo beans but being the chocoholic that i am, i chose my favorite flavor. :)
