i treasure moments when i keep myself company. it may sound weird to some people but i love being with me. i make sure to have that essential quality time every week, even if it's just strolling in the mall, sipping coffee in a cafe, watching a movie at home, or curling up on the couch or my bed to read a good book. strangely enough, these rituals actually keep me sane and focused. :)
